1. Booking and Payment
- All room bookings made through our website are subject to availability.
- A valid credit/debit card is required for booking. Payment is processed through the SabPaisa Payment Gateway.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the room type and the booking policy.
- All payments are processed securely through SabPais, which encrypts your payment information for your protection.
2. Booking Confirmation
- Once your payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation email with your reservation details.
- Please ensure the accuracy of your booking details. We are not responsible for errors made during the booking process.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least [Insert number of days] days before the check-in date for a full refund.

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pondicherry.
